Yes. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Had to leave room twice. We are 75 year olds and all we wanted to rest. The maintenance guy took towel and washers so I had to call and ask for another and they said I would have to come down to front desk because housekeeping had left for night. It was 9 before we got the towel and able to rest.

Great A+ staff — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The lobby and rooms were clean and spacious, and the location is convenient if you have a car. Some areas, especially the hallway to my room, felt a bit dated, but overall it was a great value for my stay.

The overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was poor. The hotel is older and in need of some updates to the rooms however that should not effect the cleanliness. Bathroom was not sufficiently clean, I had to purchase cleaner to clean the bathtub, shower curtain, and floor. Also the room carpet was not clean and not fully swept. The room worked for a short stay but I will not choose to stay again.

I called 2 days before and was promised a working hot tub. upon arrival, the hot tub water was ice cold. the desk promised to inform maintenance at 5pm. at 7pm, I was told that the status was unknown. at 8pm, maintenance was called and informed that the tub was not working at all. I was lied to several times all told. don't trust a word that this hotel says.

The facilities are nice but the Front Desk staff are getting worse. One night it took a few attempts to have the key card progammed correctly. Going back and forth from 5th floor to the dest, eventuall I had a mantence man open the door. Another night no one at the desk, after waiting I left the hotel, last time the young kid was a flaky jerk. Not a fan of the way this hotel is being run.
