Great location if you’re attending any events at the expo center. The room wasn’t the cleanest but I went in thinking it was going to be much worse based on other reviews. No problem checking in/out. Saved a ton of money by staying here as there were many events going on and lots of other hotels had much higher rates and rooms sold out. Wasnt the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

It was really not a pleasant stay. The floor was sticky, some of the switches and outlets didn't work, toilet seat was loose, mold in the tub/shower, a/c leaked on the floor when it rained. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Property is a bit dated and SLIGHTLY rundown. Internet was slow and not very secure, and the lighting and television were not the best but, overall sufficient to get me a decent nights rest and close enough to the Convention Center to make for a quick commute. 'Continental Breakfast' was stretching it, though. Two choices of pastries and, if you got there EARLY, a single packet of dried fruit to go with sketchy orange juice. Not a coffee drinker so I couldn't judge that.

The bed was clean but the soles of my feet turned black walking from the shower to my shoes. The pool is permanently closed. The lobby closes at 5. The shower was falling apart and there were bandaids covering the vents of the smoke detector.

The place wasn’t clean. The place was not well maintained. This is probably why it was so affordable. It looked good online, but that is where it ended. They were food stains on the wall, stains on the sheets and the shower was not clean and needed to be resurfaced.

The room smelled super bad when we checked in, and then upon arriving back after the concert we were back, we found bed bugs on the blankets, and there was no staff at the front desk you help us at any point in the night.

The toilet had some scums in it, the hair dryer itself is filthy & I had to cleaned it esp the handle, the flooring is dirty the air conditioning is very loud! Will never stay in this place again. Location is not a good place. The window lobby where you check in is dirty, dusty & smelly. The stairs to go up & down is very unsafe. It’s not worth the price. This hotel needs closing or much needed renovation.

Room was used for what its intended for. Just needed to rest our heads n get ready for airport. Desk agent was cordial. Parking was convenient. Air conditioning worked, it took away what the Room smelled of stewing. We git air freshners. Room was ok after. Bathroom light did not work. Breakfast consisted of frozen pastry thawed, coffee n juice dispensed at your leisure. At this day and age, we're thankful for anything complimentary.

The place is just run down. It needs a face lift. Cleanliness was ok. Staff wasn’t very helpful. No ice bucket or coffee pot in the room. The location is excellent if you’re going to the Historic Crew Stadium or Fairgrounds.

toilet was falling apart; staff was nice; there were people in parking lot begging for money, food, water. AC worked; parking was good. Floor of hotel dirty; shower dirty; shampoo we had in room looked used and gooey on outside of it. This hotel was not worth the money at all. I was very surprised. I don't care how poor you are DO NOT STAY here. I was worried all night that my MC was going to be stolen!!
