Pros: the staff is very nice and the property overall looks nice. Location is convenient to base and graduation fields, as well as some shopping and minimal food choices. Cons: was very disappointed to arrive after a 9 hour drive to a dirty room. Staff was prompt and friendly when brought to their attention, but it did make me wear shoes the entire time, even in the shower, and keep all my belongings on the hard surfaces.

Wish we could upload pictures to show what the room was really like. Horrible smell as soon as we entered, followed by a dirty shower (hairs, NOT ours), broken shower faucet, bathroom fan that wasn’t able to extract due to being clogged by dust or who knows what, running toilet, filthy windows and something unidentified in bed, similar to a horse hair. We stay there for 6 days, the room has never been cleaned or shampoo nor toilet paper has been replenished. But is secure, coffee, hot chocolate or tea is free, location is 5 minutes to fort benning. Plenty of parking, Walmart, McDonald’s, restaurants to walking distance.

The location was wonderful! The hotel was very clean. No issues once we figured out the heating and cooling. No breakfast, but a McDonalds was close. We’re going to stay there next time we visit Fort Benning and the National Infantry Museum!

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were excellent, especially Emma, she was sweeter than rhubarb pie. We really enjoyed having a kitchen with all the cooking and dining things stocked in the room.
