The staff were very courteous and warm. The room was mostly clean, aside from a dead beetle on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was decent, but would have really liked if some form of egg was offered.

The hotel itself was fine but the mattress wasnt the most comfortable. The breaksfast was a joke at best. Coffee was literal brown water and the waffle batter was more water than mix, the juice was good though.

The room was in good condition. The pictures that you see on the website are not what you see in real life. The pictures on the website look absolutely amazing, which is the reason why I booked it, but what I walked into was just plain Jane everything. One lady at the front desk looked upset that I asked her a question at 3 AM. It was supposed to be my last night and I was asking her the rates for extending my stay one more night instead of waking up early to check out. She look like she didn’t want to be bothered at all. She was sleeping behind the counter. The housekeeping staff was pretty amazing the maintenance guy, or the guy that changed my shampoo. He was really nice and courteous. It was just that one lady at the front desk. Breakfast was not even enough to call it a breakfast. They didn’t have much.

Stayed twice. First time was pretty good, second time not so much. Second room was dirtier, no hot water so i couldn't take a shower. Towles had hair on them, floor not vacuumed. The woman there in the morning was not friendly at all and acted like i was bothering her. Breakfast was dismal.
