What a cute house you have! Wish we could’ve stayed there longer. It was so comfortable and cozy and I especially loved having throw blankets around.

The Cozy Classic was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. It was a very nice place for a family with children to gather as it has a large back patio and a huge open back yard. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Stayed here for my son’s MTSU graduation with the whole family. There was plenty of room for all of us. A wonderful place to hang out on the back porch or the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Check in and check out was an easy process.

I have stayed at many VRBO properties and I believe this was absolutely one of the best. It was clean, well decorated and a very quiet neighborhood. There were many amenities that you don’t usually find in a rental property. The owner has gone to great lengths to make it a welcoming oasis. If I ever need to stay in that area again, I will definitely book this property again.

This property is fabulous! It was very clean, good beds, the hot tub was just the right temp and the game house was so fun! I highly recommend this property. The owner is easy to work with and super accommodating! If given the chance to visit Columbia again, we’ll be back!

The house/property was great! Our sweet pup loved the massive yard! The house was very nice & clean. It is in a great neighborhood, and close enough to our daughter’s house that we could easily go back and forth for our family activities. We would definitely consider staying here again, should the need arise.
