Pros: The hotel was spacious & newer with plenty of parking around the building. It is conveniently located near lots of restaurants & stores, while also being right off the freeway. Cons: The service left lots to be desired! The person who checked us in, was in the middle of something & wasn’t happy that he had to check us in. Later on we came in & ask if they had a water bottle refill station, and the staff rolled her eyes because we disturbed the phone call she was having on her cellphone. I get that there are some places that would rather you buy water than refill your reusable bottles, but just say that. The hotel is dog friendly, so it smells like animals. There’s definitely room freshener used to mask the smell, but even my kids said it smelled like dogs.

Bathroom has not been thoroughly cleaned it appears ever just spot cleaning. Room couch appears stained. The room walls were dirty and inside the refrigerator. We had to personally clean things with Clorox wipes. The location is great, the convenience to everything for food and shopping. Overall noise level good and property well kept outside. Was a nice addition to have free laundry facility. The front desk was not welcoming our helpful. I went down about 3/4 am to make a purchase from the little market and you couldn’t find anyone, I did wait a bit. Overall decent stay for quick trip.
