Staff was amazing. The food was a bit overpriced for what you got. The room was clean but the wallpaper was coming off in places and the plumbing needs to be evaluated; it was iffy if the toilet was going to flush and go down. The A/C was amazing! My mom was literally wearing a coat and sweats; I had just had surgery so the room was perfectly cold for me.

Hallways and elevator were dirty. No hairdryer in room. Ordered breakfast in the lobby restaurant and it took 40 minutes (there was only like 3 other people there so it wasn’t a crowd problem). Just overall very average experience and not what I expect from a Courtyard.

The room itself was nice and comfortable, but unfortunately the bathroom was not up to standard. There was a noticeable amount of hair on the floor and the toilet was not clean. Cleanliness — especially in the bathroom — is extremely important, so this was disappointing. With better attention to detail, this could have been a great stay.
