Overall house was clean and well kept. The location is great. It’s close to campus. It was nice to have a separate bedrooms and full bathroom for each bedroom. The only downsides were: - The downstairs bedroom was very cold. The heat didn’t seem to work well in the downstairs bedroom. Which if you are hot natured, this would be fine, but I was fairly cold. - When we first arrived, the main house next door had chairs and beer bottles scattered all over the lawn. We were worried the neighbors would be loud and we wouldn’t sleep, but luckily that wasn’t an issue thank goodness. - The driveway shared with the main house is full of trucks. Maneuvering in and out of the garage was quite challenge each time. It would have been helpful if they moved forward a bit more, and I did have maneuver into the lawn a little to get in and out.

Can’t beat the location to Kyle field!! 7 minute walk to the game. Cute condo- all brand new. AC worked so good on this unusually hot November weekend. Great coffee bar with everything you need. Recommend!

Came in for my daughter's sorority parents weekend. Great location, the house was clean and well appointed. Parking was hassle free since we had the garage. We will be staying here again in the future!

The place is very clean and well taken care of. It has a full kitchen upstairs with new appliances. The carpet is new and they even provide the litttle things like q tips and soap etc. The location is ideal. You can see the stadium just looking down the street! The hosts are amazing at communication as well. You can not go wrong with this place! It will sleep up to 4 adults and has two full bathrooms and a full washer and dryer which is awesome. I would definitely stay here again.
