The room was spotless, really felt like I was at home clean. Look very new. The only thing I didn't like about hotel was I was on the 2nd floor there were people on the 3rd floor above me, they made a lot of noise what you could hear.

I’m guessing the hotel is great. My one star rating is for hotels.com. I had an email from hotels.com with my reservation. But the hotel never received it from hotels.com. I can’t trust hotels.com - there’s no way to be certain that the reservation made it to the hotel (with taking an extra step). Then there was no way to contact anyone but an unhelpful bot at hotels.com to try and resolve my reservation issue.

Our go to when playing at soda springs resort. Beds are super comfy and rooms are nice. The area is very convenient. Breakfast was not as good as usual. I don’t know if they didn’t plan for the number of guests. But several things were out by 8am and were not replenished before 9 when it closed. Staff is nice and parking I easy.

The place had an awful order when we walked through the doors what's we got into the rooms half of the light switches and devices did not work and then there was all kinds of noise all night long you could hear everything that's going on in the hallways I was just expecting the place to be a lot nicer than it was
