The Lighthouse Retreat is located at the end of Seaview Avenue in West Mersea Holiday Park, a stones throw from West Mersea Beach. A luxury holiday villa, in a quiet holiday park, sleeps 4-6 persons. Features its own garden area, BBQ, shower and toilet facilities, with dedicated parking. Located right next to the waterfront you are in an ideal position to spend days on the beach, explore Mersea, and head out to the local restaurants, cafes, and pubs.
The Space
The Lighthouse Retreat is a luxury holiday villa, with a spacious and light open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. With comfortable sofas throughout the living room, and a pull out sofa bed to cater for an additional two guests. Large TV, fast WIFI, and central heating.
The main bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, small side tables and a mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds, which guests are welcome to move together if required, and a small wardrobe. Extra bedding available.
The main bathroom features a large shower, basin, and toilet facilities. Soaps and shampoo available. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge freezer, and all essential cutlery, pots, pans, and utensils for self catering. Kettle, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities.
The surrounding garden area includes a BBQ for your use and garden furniture.

You have full access to the holiday villa and the private grass and BBQ area surrounding the accomodation. Dedicated free parking space is also located next to the Lighthouse Retreat.

Great time on mersea
The caravan was for my son and his family. They had a wonderful time, the children loved being near the beach. We would have no hesitation in booking again.

Short family getaway
Just a two night get away for myself my mum and teenage son. Communication with owner was great. Site is well positioned for beach and the restaurant nearby too.
Caravan was an ok standard, a bit of smell when entering as if nobody had stayed for a while or pets had stayed there. Lots of cobwebs in lounge area too. Beds, bedding and bathroom were clean though.
My son is only 13 but over 6’ tall and didn’t fit in the single bed so had to sleep on the sofa but we were half expecting that.
Overall a good stay, would visit again
