This quiet, cozy, well-lit basement apartment sits on a one-acre lot in a peaceful neighborhood of beautiful Coeur d'Alene. We are just down the street from a dog park/pickle ball courts/playground, and easy access to multiple walking and biking trails that lead you to the Spokane river and beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene. We are centrally located with easy access to multiple restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We would love you host you for a relaxing stay in our beautiful city.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The apartment is very cozy. The home is located along a shady tree lined street. The off street parking next to the house is just steps away from the apartment door making it convenient to carry your luggage in. There is a dog park across the street that seems is a happy & safe gathering place for neighbors.
