We had a wonderful stay. The host is a great communicator and left a lot of little extras that made the stay very comfortable. The home is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need.

The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A lot of little details that made us feel at home. The house was clean and comfortable with a modern feel. Every need was provided. Down town Coeur D Alene was minutes away. Very convenient location to every thing. Host truly is a super host.

My family and I came to Coeur d'Alene for my nephew's wedding and wanted a property close to downtown and to where the wedding would be held. This place was perfect, clean, cozy and comfortable. Lori was a great host and even left snacks and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The neighborhood felt safe and the home was conveniently located behind a mini market/gas station so you could walk to pick up any minor groceries or items you might need. There are plenty of delicious restaurants in the area, as well as great parks/playgrounds if you have kiddos with you. We definitely recommend this beautiful home for anyone thinking of making a trip to the area.

Great overall stay! Great house and very responsive owner. Neighborhood was the only slight downside with a gas station and nearby roundabout creates varying levels of car noises.

Wonderful property! One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. All the little extras were a wonderful surprise. Loved being able to walk across the way to grab coffee and walk along the river. Downtown was a quick drive away. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Perfect Location

Our stay was amazing. We were in the area for a wedding. It was easy to hop on the freeway and get to the venue which was Arbor Crest. We appreciated the little touches like the bottle of wine - very thoughtful!

Fantastic house!

We were in CDA for the marathon and stayed at The Melanie house! It was fantastic! Modern, clean & well equipped! The location was perfect & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! So much fun to explore CDA and also fun just hanging around the house after running!

Very nice updated home, perfect for vacationing. Allows for garage use which is Fantastic! Right near downtown. Very clean and welcoming with lots of space. Will book again and recommend!

Home away from home!

We traveled for a sporting competition and the house was perfect. It had everything we needed to relax in after long days. Easy check in and check out. Will stay here again if we are scheduled for this competition again next season.

Lovely stay!

The Melanie was everything the listing stated. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was well equipped with snacks, supplies and toiletries. A great place to stay when exploring the Couer d’Alene area.

e had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Everything was spotless, with clean spaces and comfortable, well-appointed furniture that made us feel right at home. The host went above and beyond—very responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. We especially appreciated the welcoming basket and extra supplies provided, which added such a nice touch. We were in town for a college visit at North Idaho College. The house was great - very clean, comfy beds, and easy access.We’ve stayed in a lot of short term rental houses and this one had the most “extras” of any other house with a snack basket, spare drinks in the fridge, some pantry items, lotions, sunscreen, etc. We felt very welcome and at home in this house. Highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we booked, communication was clear, timely, and friendly, which made everything so easy. The home was spotless when we arrived — extremely clean and well cared for. It’s obvious that the host pays great attention to detail, from the thoughtful touches around the house to the well-stocked amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the care that went into making our visit stress-free and enjoyable. Perfect Coeur d' Alene Home

My family of 5 stayed at this home for 3 nights while we visited family in Coeur d' Alene. The home and location are perfect. Very clean and close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas...everything you might need. Located in a safe gated community, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lori was very easy to communicate with and incredibly responsive
