The place was very nice and clean. I like that it came with shampoo/conditioner and body wash in shower. Beds were cozy, kitchen was very nice. The air matress was helpful. Will definitely consider for our next stay.

Place to get away to.

It was clean and the view was a combination of old and modern woodsy village with all the touches of home. CDA is a home away from home.

Nice apartment in a very quiet area of Riverstone. The surrounding area has a lot of shops and places to dine. The only negative is that there was no coffee or tea for the Keurig machine and there wasn’t a welcome basket, which isn’t a deal breaker but this is the first VRBO that didn’t provide these amenities. Overall we had a nice stay.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is awesome! Enjoying the live music from the balcony was an added bonus. We will be back.

Relaxing atmosphere!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, well maintained, nicely decorated and cozy. The balcony looks down on the shops below and we were fortunate to be there for the last Farmers Market of 2024 held right there on Main St! The condo is nicely furnished, tasteful and comfortable. All-in-all, we were very pleased with our stay!

Fun Stay

For our trip this place was centrally located: within walking distance to the water and a short drive to downtown. Took a stroll to all the little shops located below the condo. The stay was clean and comfortable. The only draw back is picking up and dropping off the key but understandable since you do need a fob to get into the building. Would definitely stay again.

Birthaversary trip

My wife & I came to Coeur d’Alene to celebrate her milestone birthday and our wedding anniversary. The place suited us very nicely. Beautiful and comfortable decor. Kitchen nicely stocked. Very clean! Love the Riverstone location. Nice shopping. Plenty of good places to eat. The place just felt like home. Definitely want to stay here again.

Nice location, missing standard items

great location but check in and check out instructions not provided in a timely manner. Responsive property manager. Kuerig was broken and coffee maker missing a carafe. Check in room welcome book needs more information on check out directions. The building key fab and codes were not working for anyone in the building. There were work arounds. It is still a great location.

Great area, condo could be cleaner.

Checkin process - arrived about 10 mins early to pick up the key in the lock box and it was not there. Property manager did not answer our call or text. Called the back up contact who was very helpful. Grateful for him. Got a key and off we went. Great area to walk and good restaurants. Clean, quiet building. Condo - is nicely decorated. Comfy beds. cleanliness and extras could be improved. One roll of toilet paper per washroom, no extra. One facecloth, no extra. Unclean garburator. Fridge ice maker overflowing. Clump of dried hair on the bedroom cabinet. Clump of hair on the shower wall. You’ll enjoy your stay nonetheless.

Great location and rental

This is the cleanest and most well-kept rental I have stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised with how well stocked it was with nice to use items. The rooms are spacious and feel very comfortable. It was located in a great spot with walking distance to all the cute shops and dining below and easy access to the rest of the town.

Great stay!

Great place! We stayed for two days and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn't have time to really check out the little community that was below the rental but it looked adorable with a bookstore, clothing stores, a little chef store and restaurants. We also could hear live music coming out of one of the eatery's when we stepped out on the patio. Great area. I'd definitely stay here again!
