Very close to the beach and restaurants. Did find a few dead bugs on the first day so think the owners bug bombed shortly before checking in, otherwise the stay was great. Host was quick to respond and fix when the lock stopped working.

Awesome Time!

This was one of the cleanest, cutest beach houses I’ve ever rented! It is located very close to the beach, which was nice. The kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking meals and there were additional supplies of hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, and plenty of towels and wash cloths. Natalie was very responsive and reached out to make sure everything was okay. I will definitely try to stay here on my next visit to Cocoa Beach!

Great stay

Property was nice and location was great, beds in main 3 rooms were murphy beds with hard foam mattresses for our long stay. When we showed up there was only 2 half rolls of TP. We ended up at the store our first night.

Family fun and bonding beach getaway

This place was perfect for our blended family adventure! Very low key atmosphere area but with so many fun things to do !! The beach was amazing, shops were everywhere, food is always steps away. The convenience of everything you need is wonderful here ! The rental house had enough space that everyone had their own privacy. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful beach house

It was one of the best stay in beach house for us. The host (Bill / John) is so good and responsive well. The house has plenty of utilities, surfing board, beah umbrella, kids games and bike etc. It is so close to the beach and all restaurants/ shops near-by. We would love to come back again.

Everything you need for a great stay

This place was clean, close to the beach, with plenty of space. The back yard was nice- fenced in with privacy fence. They supplied about anything you would like to have on the beach- boogie boards, shovels, buckets, umbrella, chairs, a wagon to cart it all to the beach, & 2 bikes, that came in handy for riding around. The picnic tables were nice. The neighborhood was surprisingly quite. Plenty of room for inside, very comfortable.

close to kennedy space center

We enjoyed this home. Definitely home away from home. Clean and close to many businesses. There were bikes, fishing poles, sand toys, etc. for our use. Also a grill to use if we wanted to grill. Close to Kennedy Space Center. Very clean and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Visit!

Property was clean, well stocked, and had so many extras for us to take to the beach. Everything we needed to make our beach stay a success! Short walk down the block to the beach, short walk the other direction to gift shops, restaurants, etc. It was hot...so hot, but we had such a great time! My only minor recommendation might be to add some type of outdoor clothes line to hang wet and sandy beach items on to dry! Thank you to the hosts for providing an amazing property for us!

Great Beach Getaway!

I was very happily surprised when I got to the house on Palm Lane. It was in a fabulous location, i.e. 1 block from the beach, 2-3 blocks from Winn Dixie and Ron Jon's Surf shop. The house was very clean and larger than I expected. The kitchen tools, plates, cups were enough for the 9 of us. There were 5 large Murphy beds and a couple sleeper sofas. There were beach chairs and boogie boards, a bicycle, etc. This place made our vacation superb. I would book this place again in a heart beat!
