Cons:- Door closers at the main entrance and apartment entrance were closing too fast and were too forceful - it was frustrating to get in and out of apartment because of those.- Apartment did not have some essentials like a food strainer, hair dryer, and electric sockets around the sink did not work.Pros:- Plenty of towels and paper towels- Great washer dryer- Comfy beds- Apartment was nice and warm- Smart tv was great for visual entertainment- A small play area for kids was a 1 minute walk from the apartment

Not a review of the property - but VRBO ITSELF
Looking for a place to stay for a Xmas visit with my children whom I rarely get to see due to work travel etc, I found this location online, saw it was available right before Christmas, and booked/paid for one night. This was on a Saturday, with checkin on the Monday. I reach out to the owner on the Sunday to ask about early check in, only to be told that he was very sorry but there is no availability, which I presumed meant no availability for early check in. Show up Monday and ask for details to check in only to be told that there was no availability at all! Owner should have seen the booking Saturday and cancelled it and refunded my money. VRBO was a whole other issue but this property seemed nice and well equipped, just a shame the booking process was so terrible.
