Peaceful Place with lots of Porches

This was our annual Women's retreat. Property was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked! We even got a surprise dusting of snow! Great time! Great place!

A trip away with friends

We loved the lodge. We used it as a home base for activities during a bachelor party. Great golf nearby, paintball nearby, we even had a private chef come in for an evening. The lodge was perfect for a large group, it was a blast. Brett is a thoughtful host who took care of any issues we had quickly.

Great stay!

Our friends and family had a fabulous time. The house is just as advertised and had all amenities pur group needed flr the weekend. Great way to unplug and connect with everyone at a beautiful location.

Family Christmas vacation

The cabin was perfect for our family. It had many extras that we didn’t expect such as hotel shampoos and lotions. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking needs.

Great Time!

Our young adult ministry has used this home for two years now, and we love the property and location! It is close enough to several unique mountain towns but secluded enough and big enough to spread out and unplug and have a great time together. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond with any questions you may have!

Ski trip 2024

We have stayed at this cabin in the past and it doesn't disappoint! Comfortable space for multiple families and about 30 minutes from Maggie Valley. We go hiking each year, riding stable also close as well.

Weekend Getaway

We were very happy with this cabin for our friend reunion weekend. It was very clean and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The host communicated with us promptly when we had questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend.

Clean sheets and tons of towels!

We celebrated our Mother’s 80th birthday here with our whole family! Kitchen with everything you need! Super amazing bunk-bedroom where all the young girls stayed! We had the best time ever!

Hot tub did appear to be clean and chemicals correct but we did not use.Loved the view and the cabin and it worked great for us. We are a church motorcycle group from Savannah and the intense ride up the mountain will prohihibit us from returning; however, we will are interested again with family when we do not bring bikes. Quite sketchy on motorcycles.

Wonderful Getaway!

Our college and young professional group takes an annual trip to the mountains, and we were thrilled with this spacious house! We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy Bible studies together. The hosts are very accommodating and keep in touch to make sure you have everything you need. It's reasonably secluded without being too far away from anything, and the views and the hot tub were awesome!

Wonderful getaway

Four families comfortably stayed at this property as the wives were coming for the Asheville half marathon! Top notch house. Not great internet, but we didn’t come to be on our devices! So much fun, great space, view, etc.

Great cabin and stunning views

The property was just as we expected! Very spacious bedrooms, plenty of kitchen space (and fully stocked with anything you need to cook) and the basement will keep you busy! Hot tub was easy to operate and the water was perfect. The host even contacted us during our stay to check in (due to snow storm). This property is recommended; we can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful large house

Perfect place to get away for a large family reunion. Plenty of room for 23 and lots to do around. Kitchen was large and well stocked and hot tub was perfect. Only downside was a weak Wi-Fi and air hockey and ping pong table that were broken, however we had lots to do outside. Also the road to the cabin is as described so ensure you have a car ready for it.

Yearly getaway

Blue moon was a great experience for my group. It’s divided into two homes with the eagles nest on the upper level. The wrap around porches were a hit with all of the guys. Spacious and well equipped; I would definitely recommend this one for every age group. Thanks for letting us enjoy your Home !!!!

Outstanding Experience!

Me and my best buddies in the world (12 of us!) made a 6 day motorcycle trip using this wonderful property as our "home" each night. I can't say enough positive things about the entire experience. We had an absolute fabulous time. Thank you so much Brett for opening up your wonderul home to us!
