They Said Continental breakfast - but had a table with bagels & cream cheese and one pot of coffee and couple cereal boxes & milk flask Elevator was not working - how long ? and it continues to be down and had to carry the suitcases three floors for check in snd check out

Elevator out of order on the third floor not very convenient not offered any reduction in price or credit for future stay. Unsafe practice leaving side door unlocked so employees can have smoke breaks but anyone can walk in. It’s a beautiful hotel but breakfast was very limited. I would consider staying there again in the future if I we’re compensated for the inconvenience I experienced this time.

The hotel was in need of an update, the elevator was broken. There was no one around to help take my luggage to the third floor as they were busy getting rooms ready at 4:00pm which is check in time. Also the water pressure was poor.

First, no elevator and from reviews it’s been out for months. The entire time we were there we didn’t hear a vacuum running at all even when the 2 guys were cleaning rooms. The furniture in the lobby dirty, end tables and coffee table dirty, sticky never cleaned. Continental breakfast was non existent. Toaster crumbs all over,, bagels and packets of oatmeal in the lobby. Towels, 2 per room , thin and scratchy. Rooms are big that’s it. Won’t be back. Plenty of other hotels around.

Was very quiet and very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Close to Saratoga track and a great steak house. The elevator was broke - no first floor rooms luckily we got 2nd floor but we had one traveler that was difficult for. Reasonable price for what they have - pool & gym, decent continental breakfast & cereals for kids. Would gladly stay there next season if elevator works. Nice bar with a happy hour.

When we arrived, the elevator, the ATM, one of the drinks machines, and the snack machine were all out of order. The room we were given still had dirty sheets on the bed. We were given a different room. This one had been cleaned, but was definitely looking tired and worn. There was no body wash in the dispenser in the shower, so made do with the one bar of soap intended for the sink. The lighting on the stairs (which we had to walk up and down because, yep, no elevator, was inadequate and felt like an invitation to a mugging... That'll do for the purposes of this review.
