Few mins down the road from Saratoga, very clean large rooms, helpful staff, quiet hotel, tons of quick food options around. Would stay here again when in Saratoga area.

Not bad, but could use some improvements.

The elevator was not working, forcing us into the stairwell which needs a good cleaning. The person who put bagels out on Saturday was not wearing gloves. (This is basic sanitation). The room was nice and the hotel is decorated nicely. The service at the restaurant which is attached was excellent. The menu could use a few healthier options.

Elevator wasn’t working but other than that, it was a nice pit stop on our way through to our vacation destination. Plenty of places to eat that are walkable.

I didn’t like that the elevator was out of order and no one offered to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. I also didn’t like that there were no towels in my room. I had to call the desk and ask for towels. I did like that the towels were brought up quickly.

Room was large and very comfortable. Loved the chaise and chair. The only downsides were the tv did not work - it turned on but didn’t connect. (Didn’t asked to have it fixed as I was already in bed). There was also music that could be heard from the bar the floor below - not super loud but definitely present)

The elevator was in need of maintenance and everyone was taking the stairs in fear of being stuck in the elevator. It made a very loud noise like it was breaking down And no breakfast. Otherwise they clean property. I would recommend staying on the first floor.
