Great Rental!

Beautiful rental within walking distance from Rockin' on the River. The place was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the rooftop deck was a huge plus. And I can't say enough about how great the host was in accommodating our needs to change dates. Thank you Carson, we had a great time and would definitely rent your place again!

Nice living room, kitchen and bedroom. The toilet was soiled upon arrival and toenail clippings on the floor. Certainly, easy fixes but disgusting. The sofa was too saggy. Difficult to get up from. The bed was very nice but a very bright spotlight shines directly into the bedroom all night long.

Oberlin Parents’ Weekend

The location might not be for everyone but we enjoyed the vibe. An old industrial town rallying the community back to life. The very cute apartment is above a barber shop and next to a local bar. Great donut spot down the block and the best cocktails at Speak of the Devil.

Nice, clean, newly renovated

We were in town for a reception at Vermillion, and distance wise this was great. We were even able to grab lunch in Cleveland without much effort. Unit was clean, and process was easy. The construction and hidden away location made it semi difficult to find, and I was fairly concerned about my cars safety overnight (the parking spot is in an alley of sorts, or you have street parking, and the area is somewhat sketchy, but the people seemed nice). Overall I’d stay here again.
