The room Smelled the staff was lazy rude and useless stayed 13 days requested housekeeping 7 times never received anything not 1 cleaning U have to take out your own trash they don’t do it. Itinerary stated free breakfast and no breakfast at place. Parking lot was horrible barely plowed. Only stay there if you’re homeless and have no other place to go.

The bathroom stire was coming apart, tape was on door keep it together. Therefore, the bathroom door didn't clise at all. No utensils, plates, pots, glasses/cups. Had ask for ice tray. Carpet is dirty. Fireplace taped close with cardboard. Beds comfortable. Kitchen chair fabric needs be cleaned. Coffee maker did not work. Staff pleasant, friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty, there were no cups for the coffee or the bathroom. There was hair in the shower. The shower rod was about to come out of the wall. The internet did not work. So I left a day early and went to stay at a nicer hotel nearby. I want my money back.

I work night shift at a hospital and needed to stay local in between shifts due to the weather. I was booked for 2 nights (I had to in order to sleep during the day) and they canceled my reservation bc I didnt check in until the morning after work. So I lost money for my 2 nights and had to pay for a 2bdrm loft in order to sleep. The room was 55 degrees and the upstairs where it warmed up faster, had hair all over the bed, pillows, and nightstand. When I spoke with the front desk person, she just kept telling me sorry, but I should feel lucky they had a room for me at all, and an upgraded one at that. I paid for the more expensive room and actually a whole other room too. I didn't feel lucky to be in a room that was so cold that I had to wait hours to sleep because it took that long to get warm in my sweatshirt, sweatpants, and coat. Nor, not be able to go sleep in the one bed upstairs that was actually warm because she could not come change the bed and there was no housekeeping there. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend this place to anyone! Worst hotel experience I have ever had!
