Nice, newly renovated house with a well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Location close to University Circle. Neighborhood was noisier than expected but a solid value.

Mark, Our host was welcoming and helpful. Good information. The house is comfortable and functions well. Kitchen has basic spices and cooking items. Easy walk to Cleveland Clinic.

Pros: Very Luxurious place with plenty of hot shower. Gorgeous design. So many rooms and spaces.Cons: Not really a kid friendly place because of all the plant pots on the ground. The vents smell like cigarettes and weed from outside I believe because there were people smoking there.the neighborhood was a bit sketchy and you would hear loud music outside so that was a bummer.

The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were fully stocked! The house was a great retreat after a long day at the Cleveland Clinic, which was very close and convenient.

Great Remodeled Home Near Cleveland Clinic

Updated house conveniently located close to Cleveland Clinic. Owner was quick to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.The house was very clean and nicely furnished. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home for our 15 day trip

We were in town for kid’s dance competition. 3 adults and 3 kids lived here for 2 weeks and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, uber and DoorDash connectivity was easy and bathrooms had hot running water. That was all we needed.

A great stay provided by a great management group.

Our stay at this property was fantastic. We needed accomodations close to the Cleveland Clinic. The property was exactly as how it was depicted in the listing. Mark was great to deal with. I highly recommend this propwrty.

Beautiful remodeled house

It is a very nice remodeled house, very clean, top quality appliances, the beds super comfortable. I recommend this property. Only about 5 minutes away from Cleveland clinic.

The property was in a convenient location. It’s an older house, but renovated and very cute on the inside. It was very clean and maintained well. Minutes away from everything. My family enjoyed our stay there and would definitely return if we ever need to stay in Cleveland again.

Great Family Stay

Updated home inside and out. Check in was smooth. The home was clean. And overall good space that accommodated 6 adult and 2 kids. The master room was slight smaller than expected, but everyone have their preference.2 of us WFH and we had no issues with the network which was important. Great Hosts!

College drop off

We were looking for a place close to CWRU for dropping off our son at college. This fit the bill. House was very nicely renovated and very clean. Very good communication with the management company. The home had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

A great place to enjoy Cleveland

This house suited our group (6 adults) perfectly. We really liked the location. The neighborhood is transitional, but we met lots of the friendly neighbors, who were out on the sidewalks most evenings. The owners are very responsive, and they are easy to communicate with. The home is centrally located; with a rental car, everything is easy to access. Home is in good shape, and the ownwers are clearly interested in hearing about and fixing any problems.

Home Away From Home

Our stay at this property was really nice. The manager was very accommodating. The place was extremely comfortable and spacious for our 8 person family getaway. When we first arrived, we thought we were going to have to get hotel rooms because of the neighborhood. However, once we unlocked the door to the house, we knew we had nade a good choice. Everything was clean, nice layout, well stocked kitchen for our cooking needs and a table that seated 8 which was perfect for our family meals and gametime! The beds were comfortable, and they had fans in each of the upstairs bedrooms that made it more bearable to get a hood night's rest. Heat rises and although the house has central air, the bedrooms were a little warm. The only complaint was that there were no towel racks in the bathrooms and there were no screens on the doors (front or back) and swarms of bees and stink bugs were all over the porch, there were large spiders on the deck that kept forming a web that we had to get a broom to knock down when we exited or entered the house. We also knocked down a few ants that had crawled up on the couch, but it's nothing that a few pumps of Home Defense can't fix. Overall, our stay was good. We would recommend the property but wish it was in a better area of town.

Fantastic Stay in Cleveland!

This property was an amazing jewel! I was in a bit of a hurry to book (since my previous VRBO got cancelled with only a few days notice) so I didn't spend too long looking at the details. This could have backfired on me but the exact opposite occured! The property exceeded my expectations. I think it was better than the first one I booked. It looked exactly like the photos and the hosts were amazing. You know the phrase "it's the little things that count?" It applies to this property. The hosts left us a lovely note and a few snacks for our stay. They sent me an email with all the details I needed as well as some helpful links to get around Cleveland. Communication was great. The beds were neatly made with the blankets shaped in bows! It was very welcoming to walk in and see. There were shower dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And ear plugs in the bathroom (which I assume is for snorers!) because the neighborhood wasn't noisy at all. The kitchen had every cooking implement that you needed including an air fryer. There were flashlights and extra batteries in the drawer! The hosts clearly thought of every need you might have. Like I said, it's the little things. I would recommend staying here to anyone! And while we didn't need it, but I know it's important to others, the Cleveland Clinic was super close. I'd even say you could walk to it.
