The house was clean and had plenty of sleeping and gathering area for 8 adults. Check in process was not ideal as check in time is listed as 3:00pm. We verified that we would arrive around 6pm, and cleaning was still not completed. We needed to wait an additional 1 hour and 45 minutes before cleaning was completed. I appreciated the thorough cleaning, however, after a 10 hour drive, we wanted to refresh before our plans that evening, which we had to modify due to the delay. The host did communicate with us when we were on property, but was not great with communication leading up to our stay. The area is just ok. Location is noisy with racing bikes, police sirens, etc. at night.
