Room clean. Cleaning crew shouldn’t open doors when guest having plenty of time to check out. Disappointed about jacuzzi not operational. That’s false advertisement showing pictures of jacuzzi working. On top of that tv had no cable options watching movies. Instead we stay occupied looking at our phones instead being in jacuzzi watching movies and not feeling rushed to get out of the room from the cleaning lady. Work on that maybe hotel would get good business. Now I know why parking lot been empty the whole time I was there.

Room was outdated, had to requested house keeping to come for trash and replinish towels and trash bags, stains on wall, stains on carpet and drapes. Musty smell in elevator. Desk clerks were nice and helpfull. Housekeeping knocked on door at about 11 oclock and asked if we were checking out. Check out isnt until 12. They knocked at that time but not once to ask if we needed anything the whole 5 nights that we were there. Also called front desk several times Friday night and Saturday night no answer. Had to go downstairs to voice my needs. Will not stay again. Flight was canceled went to Holiday Inn down the street that last night. Very nice Hotel! Stay there instead.
