Cozy house very close to the lake. All amenities were just as described. Just minites from Headlands Beach. Locals were all very friendly and very proud of their slice of heaven!

Another great stay at Breezy Paradise!

This was our 2nd visit this year and it was great once again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating stay located near lots of restaurants and attractions. Jake is a great host!

Great family spot

Very comfortable rooms, kitchen & linen closet well equipped. 3 generations of family for a long weekend ate & slept well. The one small bathroom was a challenge, but we figured it out. The corner lot and location near the lake was perfect for easy access to activities.

Perfect getaway!

Excellent place to stay if planning on staying near the Cleveland area without the chaos. Close to the Headlands State Park and small beach. Nice quiet block and extremely clean and accomodating home. We had our dog with us and it was the perfect location! Highly recommend!

Lovely home

We appreciated Jake's excellent communication, ease of check-in, and cleanliness of home. Plenty of room for the three of us (could have accommodated 2-3 more with no problem). Jake gives the place the extra touch with some nice, convenient ammenities.

Comfortable Accommodations - Pleasant Stay

Spent 4 days 3 nights here for a family reunion nearby. Nice quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, clean and comfortable accommodations, up to date amenities. We brought along our two beagles and they enjoyed themselves also. A private beach is within walking distance - only two blocks away. Although the hill leading down to the beach might be a little difficult to navigate, we were the only ones on the beach both times we went. Very happy with our stay here.

Very clean and well equipped

Jake's house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. It was easy in and out, we did not have to do much cleaning. I especially appreciated we could reserve the house from Tuesday to Monday due to our travel schedule. One recommendation if you want to visit nearby beaches: bring water shoes!

Lake Adventure

Very awesome. We got setup quickly and oriented to what is in the area thanks to the information Jake provided in the house. We had been in Chicago and Cedar Point for four days prior so did laundry which was great. The second night we were there a severe storm came over the lake with 80mph wind. Lost power for a brief time but everything else held up well. Really enjoyed the beach park, Brennan's, and the ice cream place in Fairport. Everything in Fairport was awesome. Highly recommend if you're going to be in the area! We primarily were in the area for Holden Arboretum and the beach but enjoyed everything we discovered while we were there.

Perfect Family Getaway at Breezy Paradise!

We recently stayed at Breezy Paradise and had a fantastic family vacation. The house is in a prime location, just a minute away from Lake Erie, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful scenery and cool lake breeze. It's also conveniently close to a gas station and a small grocery store, perfect for any quick needs. The house itself was very comfortable, and the beds, including the memory foam mattresses, felt like sleeping on clouds. We made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for some home-cooked meals, and the outdoor grill and fire pit added to our enjoyment. Evenings were particularly magical with the lightning bugs lighting up the night, and the friendly neighbors added to the warm atmosphere. We also appreciated the board games provided, which made for some fun family game nights. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of parks and attractions within a short drive. Whether you're interested in nature, wineries, or visiting Cleveland, it's all easily accessible. Jake, the property manager, was great and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, Breezy Paradise is an ideal getaway spot, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient vacation home near Lake Erie.

Great rental.

Jake was a great host. We arrived early from out of town and he allowed us to check in and gave us a few places to see before we went to our family event. Place was exacting as pictured in ad. Clean organized basically everything brand new. Thanks Jake would rent again if in area;
