The property was wonderful! However, the folks that were residing there didn’t posses the manor’s equivalent to me ever wanting to return. If the clientele were different it could have been something really special and rememberable. Unfortunately, untrained humans in basic common decency always lower the feeling, flare and experience of those around them. I hope for an improvement in people’s morals and etiquette. Otherwise, most places will become undesirable to frequent no matter how well the concept or brands are executed.

Mattress and Pillows were too soft. TV didn't work on the first night but worked on the second night. Room phone didn't work. AC in hotel gym didn't work but at least an employee helpfully put a fan in there.

If you wanted to hook up your device to the tv, you couldn't get the Wi-Fi. I even went to the front desk for assistance and she knew what l had already did. No one else was available. She said maintenance was gone. The front desk and the bartender were the only ones there. Other than that, it was okay. The noisy ppl in the halls was a downer bit all in all, the room was nice. Should have towel hooks by the sink.

As we were traveling with our 8lb furbaby princess we appreciated having no extra pet fees to the hotel bill. We and our pup were greeted with wonderful hospitality. Every area was fresh and spotlessly clean. The indoor pool was warm and lovely. Definitely plan to mark this one for a repeat stay whenever we are near again!
