Property was as stated and very up to date. Location was fantastic. So close to everything. Pool was a big plus heated and very large. The owners were very helpful with all our needs. Highly recommend this property.

Super Clean, Great Location

Such a nicely decorated, super clean, 2 bed/2 bath semi-detached single story villa in a great location convenient to shopping & restaurants! There's a Walgreens, Publix grocery store, McDonalds & more shopping right around the corner. Clermont center, with all its restaurants & shopping, is a quick drive north on 27. We didn't get a chance to use the community pool area, but it's a great amenity to offer. There is an in-unit laundry for smaller loads and a large coin/app laundromat at the community building. We really appreciated the small touches like shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the showers, liquid hand soap at every sink, blow dryer, toilet paper, dish soap, and garbage bags. There's Netflix on the Vizio Smart TV in the living room & Vizio Smart TVs in each bedroom. There's plenty of dishware & drinkware, but not a lot of cookware, which is fine by me because I was on vacation & not interested in cooking elaborate meals. I can't stress enough how satisfied we were with the cleanliness! I hope this villa is available the next time we're in the area because we won't hesitate to rent it again!

Efficient spot

We were visiting family in the area, only ten minutes down the road, so our rental was in a great location. It’s clean and well appointed with everything you’d need (minus your groceries) and the entire apartment is modern and easy to keep tidy. Watch for your checkin instructions. Everything is fairly simple and secure with a gated access and lockbox on the front door.
