We really enjoyed this property for our weekend stay. It woukd be beautiful in the summer with the lake right there. The only complaint I would have, was the fridge worked a little too efficiently, as it froze all of our food.

We have used Hotel Civilia on several occasions spanning many yrs (under earlier management as well). It has improved its cleanliness and provides comfortable rooms that are also pet-friendly. The people serving at the front desk have been very helpful and went out of their way to help us resolve a mechanical problem we had with our vehicle, finding the right person to best resolve the problem. Its a very convenient and quiet location.

Easy access of the highway. Yet remarkably quiet. The room was nice and simple. Minor, but could add a full length mirror by the door for when people get ready. Otherwise, satisfied with the price and room for a one-night stay. Staff were excellent and helpful!

My hubby and I stayed only one night and were very pleased with the location, property and our room. It was clean and offered all the amenities we required. I wish we had more time to explore down by the lake as the view from our room was incredible. We hope to come back in the future.

A nice trail down to the lake was great, as well as the front lawn overlooking the lake. Easy to get to, but since it is right off the highway, the traffic is very noticeable. The staff was helpful, the room was clean but worn. For the price, hard to beat but would really like a new shower curtain!

My most appreciations go to the staff, very friendly, polite, professional and respectful, they treated us like their own family. Although I booked a family room for 5 people, as they realized that we have older parents with us they gave us 2 separate rooms for the same Price. Beautiful, clean and organized rooms with all amenities,equipped with a kitchen including in such a reasonable price. Very comfortable rooms, backing to the big lake, live with nature, safe environment. Thank you guys, will stay longer next time. Thanks for the amazing experience.

There is a lot of debris around the front of the property but the backyard is beautiful. The area leading to the lake is under construction as noted, but that does not mean it needs to be dirty with garbage. The paths leading to the woods in the front also has a lot of debris. The room itself was ok, but certainly not new or super clean. This place is just ok for the money.
