Gardenview property was perfect for us. Very cute house that is well maintained. Country gardens across the street is a must see. There's always fun things to do in Clear Lake. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice clean house. Great amenities. No clean up. Just lock up and leave. Easy communication with owners. Only complaint was location as it was on a busy street. We would stay again.

Great communication and a nice place to stay!

The seller was great at communicating which is always nice. The location is easy to find and located near enough to a lot that Clear Lake has to offer (especially with the free e-bikes). This was a pleasant experience all around.

I cant say enough good things about this house! It was so comfortable and beatifully decorated inside! Everything you needed was there. We wished we had had more time to spend there and try out the bikes. It was our wedding weekend and the house was located quite close to our wedding venue. The hosts were so wonderful and kind. We would definitely come back again just for a getaway.

Perfect Spot

We made a long weekend out of our friends getting married and it was the perfect spot for all the activities. We spent time, at the Gardens, Downtown, and the Surf District. The Electric Bikes were an awesome perk that we took advantage of to do our daytime exploring.

A few days getaway

My husband and I spent a few days enjoying Clear Lake and we were very happy to find this spot. We loved being across from the Central Gardens and enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. The house was very clean and comfortable. Thanks so much ! We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance .

Wonderful time!!! House was immaculate and fairly close to everything we wanted. Nice deck out front-no back yard. Across the street was a nice gardens which were beautiful to walk through!!!

Relax and Release

We knew when we took our first step into this beautiful home we were going to have a wonderful weekend away. Superb location and we finally tried out the e bike riding experience and LOVED IT. We got to meet Danielle and her hubby and made a connection and look forward to our stay next summer...same place for sure 😊

Enjoyed stay, close to Downtown, able to walk to fireworks and parade, had lawn chairs for us to take. Good communication with property manager. Nice front deck and close to Central Gardens for nice morning walk.

In The Heart of Everything

The location and condition of this property are its key highlights! Fresh and clean interior. Comfortable furnishings, bed and couches. The e-bikes were great to have access to. We rode around the lake on the 14 mile loop. So fun! We were in town for a wedding so it was lovely to extend our trip into long weekend.

Wonderful home away from home!!!

Other than being on a busy road - this was a great home away from home. It had all that we needed - and more that we didn't get to enjoy - like the bikes and kayaks (though we probably would have used the bikes first). It was a great location to walk to everything in Clear Lake and easy access to Mason City. It had everything we needed to cook our own meals - including a grill. Bed was SUPER comfortable - house was just the perfect size for the 4 of us. Thanks for a great stay and we will recommend it to others.

Clear Lake stay on 8th Street

We found the property easily upon arrival. Great location! The house was as clean as any we have ever rented! Nice accommodations! Perfect for our stay. We spent a good veal of time on the front deck. We didn’t have time to use all the extras but would recommend this property to anyone visiting Clear Lake. It made a great stay for us and we would definitely use it again when we return.

Lovely weekend getaway

Stayed here with my three sisters for our annual sister weekend. It was rainy so we really spent the whole time here and it was lovely, the house is comfortable and clean, had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.
