Perfect home in beautiful location

Absolutely stunning home with a lot of room. We really enjoyed our stay here. We visited Leavenworth just an hour away. I would definitely stay here again

We had so much fun celebrating my dads 70th with our family at this house. It had everything we needed and we loved playing monkey ball toss, using the fire pit, and the hottub. Dogs had plenty of room to run around and we backed up to a trail that was perfect. There was even a high chair for my one year old niece! 10/10 would recommend.

We really enjoyed the house, it was great for our group! A few minor details, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. We missed having some Larger pots for cooking and There are a few minor things that were broken when we arrived. Like the sofa in the main living room. Also the toilet paper holder in the primary bathroom. And in one of the upstairs bathroom there was the towel holder missing.

Beautiful home and location

House is situated near Suncadia with several homes built near by. Beautiful and easy to access. Shopping near 10-15 min away.

Private, functional and family friendly

We had a family gathering for a 70th birthday. The location of the home and layout of the bedrooms served us well. Loved the open spaces inside and out. The hot tub and fire pit were nice amenities.

Lovely Home

My family and I loved the home. We stayed indoors the whole time and just spent great quality time together. We didn’t need to go anywhere cause this house had everything we needed. I Highly recommend this home. ❤️

Amazing!

We were so pleasantly surprised w the amount of space and amenities for the 4 families that joined for the weekend. Between the board games, hot tub, sledding hill and air hockey, we were never bored. The guys were able to watch the Army vs Navy game, no problem and the kitchen had everything we needed for delicious food! The hot tub was a perfect night cap! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Suncadia home

This home was perfect for our ladies trip. It is beautifully maintained and offered everything we needed. We woke up to wildlife every morning in the backyard and were able to easily stay at the home and be well entertained. We enjoyed walking around the resort and ending our nights in the hot tub. Shopping and dining was close by in both Cle Elum and Roslyn. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Nice Property

Plenty of space for our party of 11. Several enjoyed the hot tub. Good location. Don't skimp on the small stuff: Only 1.25 rolls of paper towels, no facial tissue, no hand soap at kitchen sink and barely any in powder room, no cleaning brush for grill, ran out of dishwasher detergent, need more bath towels. Potential to make it a great property is there.

House is filthy. Had to refill propane myself. Fireplace doesn’t work. Worst money I’ve ever spent.

I would never rent this place again. The ping pong table is broken. The couch is ripped and torn on top of the cushion. All three propane tanks empty. The place wasn’t cleaned. Found dirty socks in the bunk bed. Toys for kids are broken. The fire stick didn’t work. Only two tvs in the Master and living room. Handrail pulling from wall. They promised to refund a portion of my rental and getting the run around. Still nothing. Stay away it was the worst experience I’ve had at suncadia and I stay here often

Beautiful home with some teething issues

The house is beautiful and well set up for families. Unfortunately we were left with empty propane tanks, so we couldn’t use the gas grill or gas fire pit - two reasons that we booked the house to begin with. No one seemed to be nearby to help with the issues, which soured the visit. The hot tub was not clean, but they refunded the hot tub fee to make up for this.

Loved EVERYTHING about this home.

It was a beautiful home, well laid out. It's a newer home in a great location. The surroundings were filled with beautiful nature without neighbors too close. The kitchen and all the equip. was great. The table was perfect size for the games we played. The fireplace was cozy on our snowy days/eve. TV was perfect. All our younger kids LOVED the incredible bonus play room equipped for every Childs dream room! The games and sleds, etc. in the garage were awesome. We had a little one (age 2) and the baby monitor, high chair, swim diapers for the hot tub, pack n play, etc.... what a very nice added bonus! Can't say enough great things about the home and our experience making wonderful family memories!!

We just spent the weekend at this lodge & while the location/scenery were absolutely beautiful, the cleanliness of the property was not. Unfortunately, we ran into multiple issues that made our experience question the amount of money we spent to stay here.A few toilets weren’t cleaned properly, the freezer had leftover debris, several pots, pans & utensils were greasy/old food stuck to them, the coffee pot had old coffee grounds left in it, etc just to name a few things we documented. These are basic things that should be taken care of between guests, & it gave the impression that the space wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before our arrival like it was promised & stated on the paper that was on the counter.With better attention to detail & more care in the cleaning process, this place could be worth the money. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously, because this beautiful property deserves better upkeep.

We were extremely disappointed with this stay. Multiple guests in our group experienced bedbug bites!! According to Washington State law bed bugs constitute a habitability concern. One of the guests had 102 bites, the other had 47. Which is completely unacceptable!!In addition, several advertised amenities were either broken, misleading, or unusable. The hot tub was not clean, game tables did not function as advertised and why we booked having teens. No propane. All games were disorganized and thrown in cupboards. Several fixtures (shower rod & towel racks) were also unstable and repeatedly fell during our stay.We reported these issues promptly to property management. Unfortunately, the response minimized the seriousness of the situation and resulted in only a very small partial refund that did not reflect the health risk, loss of use, or out-of-pocket costs we incurred.Based on our experience, this property did not meet the standard represented in the listing. We would not recommend this rental and encourage future guests to proceed with caution!!

Not What We Were Expecting

While the home itself was lovely the amenities left a lot to be desired. For a home of this size that claims to accommodate up to 12 people there was a lack of basic items. - The grill didn’t work and was really dirty. The steaks and side of salmon we brought had to be cooked in the oven and weren’t what the guests were expecting. - The kitchen was lacking the basics like oil and salt and most of the pans were dirty and very old. You might want to refresh those. - The lack of kitchen towels and paper towels made it challenging to keep the kitchen countertops clean. - The garbage bags were far too small for the can and we had to constantly empty into the larger can in the garage. - The sheets in the main floor bedroom were scratchy and not good quality. - There was a toilet paper shortage. - The hot tub was set and locked at 99 degrees. This is only .4 degrees higher than a persons body temperature. The water was not hot therefore the water was cloudy and not correctly sanitized. - The outside seating was for four people. Again, this is a large occupancy rental and we had nine people in our party. Where were we all supposed to sit? Lastly, the checkout time seems a bit early but of course, you can have a later check out for an additional cost. Maybe you should extend your check out to 11 so it doesn’t feel like your nickel and diming people.
