Sibling reunion

Wonderful place to gather, reminisce, cook together, take walks and hang out together. The beds were comfortable, the HVAC system very versatile, every room so nicely decorated.The host was very helpful and accommodating.I’m keeping this place in mind for the future

Pure Perfection!

Beautiful, modern property with every amenity you can think of! Outdoor fun with hot tub, firepit, patio heaters, lots of seating and festive market lights. Plenty of room for your family and friends with 5 king-bed rooms, 4 full bathrooms, huge kitchen table and island, cozy living room with fireplace, room by room sound system and a garage filled with fun games. Our host Pat was awesome and offered immediate responses to any questions. I highly recommend the Modern Chalet and can't wait to return soon!

One of the Best

We loved our stay at this Suncadia house! We stayed with three other families. The check-in process was super easy and we arrived to a clean and tidy home. Our stay was amazing, with almost every need/want being met at this home. There were toys for the kiddos and a large, icy hill to sled down right in the backyard. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. In the few instances where we had some questions, the host was quick to respond. This home is perfect for a quick winter or summer getaway right in the heart of Suncadia.

Amazing place and location

We had an amazing reunion weekend. The house was perfect, the five King beds were amazing with comfortable mattresses and linens. The house has everything you need and is in a great location.

We rented this house for our family Thanksgiving weekend, it was perfect! It had plenty of room for all of us and everything we needed. The fireplace and hot tub was a bonus that we enjoyed. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

A beautiful cabin to stay with friends and family. Comfy beds, a couch you don’t want to get up from and so clean you could eat off the floors. Would highly recommend. 10/10

Beautiful property

This was the perfect home for our family which included 2 sets of grandparents, a 7 month old and a 3 year old. We were very happy that there was a baby gate and a high chair. The kitchen was extremely well stocked making family meals easy to prepare. The home is in excellent condition and was extremely clean when we checked in.

Clean, cozy, lovely family gathering

We rented this beautiful property for a family reunion with ages ranging from 2.5 to 80, including a teenager. There was plenty of space for all 13 of us. Our favorite touch was the wall of hats which we were grateful to have handy for the hot, sunny weather (July). The beds were comfortable and the place felt very clean and tidy. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful house in a lovely location!

This is an absolutely beautiful house, with a gorgeous patio that backs onto the golf course. Everything is clean, new and modern. The space is so well laid out for hosting. The backyard furniture was especially great for lounging outdoors. The host was really responsive. We would definitely rent this house again!
