Staff never returned phone calls, upon arrival there was no one at the front desk and it took a while for someone one to come check us in. The outside doors were not secured, anyone could walk in. Carpet was shredded at the door. Unpleasant experience.

The entire rooms need remodeling. Carpet had a hole in it. There was white particles on the floor as we first walked in, like it had not been vacuued. The door latch did not work properly -- door co9ud be pushed on without a key. Tub had new caulking, but it was a sloppy job. Beds were clean. It was not worth $115.

The website says check-in is at 1. I had a 1pm appointment a I tried calling several times t ask fr an early check in, no one answered any of the times I called. I arrived at 12:45 to be told check in is at 2 but the rooms might not be ready by then. Went to my appointment came back at 2:45 rooms still weren’t ready so front desk transferred us to rooms that were “ready”. There was hair in the shower where the soap goes.and the beds weren’t very presentable. Also the pool and hot tub are not open , which was another question I wanted to ask when I called . And when I asked was told the whole thing needed to be replaced and didn’t know when that would happen.

Easy off and on main highway. Very comfortable beds. There was enough to choose from in the morning for breakfast to get us on our way. Would stay again if passing through.

The room “appeared” to be clean at first glance, and after settling in I noticed food debris all over the floor. Under the tables and in between the bed and side tables. The carpet didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom on the floor. The corners of the floor and around the baseboard was filthy with years of dirt and hair buildup. The shower and tub was super disgusting. The silicone around the tub was deteriorated and there was black scum and nastiness all over it. This just seems like basic maintenance to me, but apparently to the hotel they just don’t care. Thankfully we only had to stay there one night. I would never stay there again. On my next trip down to Texas for the stop over. I will just drive to the next town. This place is a dump.
