Great cabin and great host(s). This is our 3rd year in a row to rent this cabin and every year has been wonderful. It is a beautiful cabin, beautiful scenery/surroundings, very quiet and relaxing, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. We will be back again next year.

This place is perfect! I've rented homes all over the United States and Europe and this is the cleanest home I've ever rented. It was spotless. It's a beautiful, well appointed home. You will want for nothing. The beds are super comfy with soft sheets and plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. There are plenty of bath linens as well. Sitting on the screened porch was so peaceful and relaxing. The setting is quiet. The kitchen has everything you could want. There are kayaks and other toys. We laughed at the number of sizes/types of life vests. Believe me, you can find one that you like that fits! Lots of games, too. All of the furniture is high quality. The lake access is PERFECT! A gentle slope to the lake and a shallow shoreline for easy kayak access. This is not easy to find but it's perfect for kayaks. I 1000% recommend this home. We didn't have a lot of questions, bc the directions are clear but they were quick to respond to our few questions. A nice surprise is the easy checkout. At some past rentals, we've felt like we did the cleaning instead of the cleaners. There is a very short and easy checkout list! We hope to come back next year! Thank you for sharing your home!

We had such a fun friends long weekend at the house. Had perfect weather and enjoyed the fire pit, swimming in the lake off the beach with the floats and noodles, and just hanging around in the hot tub. Loved that there was so much furniture and seating for everyone no matter where we were. Would love to come back here again!!

Fantastic house! It has all the amenities a group could need. Only downfall, the water was not as close as the pictures made it seem. The walk to the water was through a large lawn, followed by a tiny trail in the woods. For us middle age ladies, it was fine. But it was just enough to prevent us from doing the kayaks. Maybe if we had stayed a week we would have done it. I seriously loved the decor in this house and all the little things they thought about. There was a drawer of kids cups and plates, there was a reading nook with a great selection, there was a large pantry, and more! Thank you for sharing your house.

We had a fabulous week at this gorgeous house on Nolin Lake. Everything was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for a family of 8. We loved the deck, screened porch, beach/lake - all of it. This is one of the best rentals we have used. Thanks for a great week!!

Home is absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean and well stocked - the best we have stayed at! Only word of advice to others is low profile cars scrape bottom on the last part of road getting to the house and no way of avoiding.

Family of the groom

We booked this beautiful cabin for my son’s wedding. This home is gorgeous and very clean. It is off the beaten path, which fits our family well. We only wish we would’ve had longer to stay there. The large A-frame windows face the morning sun. The screened in porch was a great space. The kitchen had the basics. The host was easily assessable and very responsive. I would stay there again. Thank you.

Peaceful getaway

We loved our trip to Hawk’s point! The house is beautifully decorated, the furniture is so comfortable, and there are so many spaces to relax in. The screened in porch was great! We loved kayaking in the river, playing ping-pong, roasting marshmallows, and relaxing in the hot tub-there was do much to do! It was indeed a wonderful getaway in a beautiful area, and Tez was so nice and easy to contact. We would definitely visit again!

Awesome cabin!

This is the second year we have stayed in this cabin for our annual office Girls' Getaway Weekend and we will be back next year. By far, this cabin has the best stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the most peaceful place we've ever stayed at. Great hosts!

men's retreat

If you're looking for a private resort, this is the place. Solitude but close enough to get anything you forgot, or get a tire repair from a nail that we picked up. Great value, the property has all the amenities, from hot tub to kayaks and a great fire pit to relax at night. We had guys from Chicago, Atlanta and Houston so it was about a 6 hour trip for all of us (including flying in to Nashville from Houston) and visited Mammoth Cave, the Corvette Museum and 20 mins away rented pontoons on the big lake. We try to meet in different spots each year and some guys said why don't we just come back here (first time that happened). Don't hesitate to book this property.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property & again, it was a wonderful stay! So many extras make it comfortable. The kayaks, water toys, & chairs for the lake are a must! The s’mores kit provided and waiting for our arrival are the small touches that are nice. We will be staying again in the future!

Family get together

Huge house . Marvelous spaces. Lower level rec room nice for kids. Big back yard for games. Lots of toys and kayaks for the nearby lake. Lots if soace around fire pit to talk and listen to music. Skies at night are full of stars.

Wonderful family get-together

The house was wonderful, and had everything we needed for a large age-diverse group. A bit of a drive to local attractions (such as the national park) but the local area is beautiful, and if you’re looking more for a place to stay and enjoy your company, this was wonderful. The lake was fun, and the fire pit and large lawn are great for kids to go spread out. It was also nice to have the kids space with the bunk room and game area, so that adults could have a little peace while the kids played. It was a lovely stay!

Relaxing getaway

Great location for fun and relaxation. This spacious house allowed for quiet time and fun for all. We stayed for 4 nights with 4 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed playing in the lawn and on the beach. The house was clean and in great condition. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience at Nolin Lake Waterfront! The house had everything you could possibly need and the communication from the host was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit especially. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and hope to be back one day!
