Lovely cozy caraven to stay in you do need to pay extra for bed sheets and towels there was plenty of cutlery pots and pans and cleaning equipment for ur stay.... its based in park dean holiday resort so u dont have access to some of the entertainment and a 11 min drive to clacton sea and pier

Here’s a clear and professional draft you could use to leave a review or message the host/platform: ⸻ Review/Message: We were disappointed to find that bedding and towels, which were listed as included, were not provided. On arrival, we were told there would be a £35 charge for them. I questioned this, especially as the listing photos clearly showed bedding, but the hosts were unhelpful and did not respond when I asked how to resolve the issue. Had we known in advance, we would have brought our own or chosen alternative accommodation. Additionally, while the listing advertised access to a pool, we were unable to use it. As the caravan is on Parkdean property, a Parkdean reference is required to book pool access and other activities—but we were not given this information or the necessary access. This should have been made clear in the listing to avoid confusion. Overall, the lack of transparency in the listing led to unexpected costs and limited our experience. I hope future guests are provided with more accurate information.
