Residence Villa Elaisa

The Villa of total recent renovation is located at 600m s. l.m, surrounded by greenery 15 minutes by car from the center of Ascoli Piceno and 40 minutes from the sea. The furniture is completely new. A double bed, a double sofa bed and a bathroom upstairs; a sofa bed 2 squares the bathroom and the kitchen on the ground floor, both bathrooms have a shower, sink and bidet. The villa is surrounded by a large fenced garden, with a swimming pool and 2 outdoor whirlpools. The Villa has been restored with wooden beams and characteristic stones of the place and is located in a strategic position as it is 9 km from the mountain of flowers and 35 km from the beautiful promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto. A place away from the city where you can relax in total relaxation, but in the same way a few kilometers (9) from the historic center of Ascoli and the charming Fortress of Civitella del Tronto (5), as well as from many other places rich in artistic beauty and not only. There is also the possibility of cooking and eating under the veranda with a panoramic view. Guests will have free use of the swimming pool and 2 outdoor whirlpools, as well as free use of bicycles and WI-FI. We provide for free the beautiful and very spacious doghouse in the covered and completely fenced garden for your 4-legged friend. During your stay I will be at your disposal.

Ort für erholsame Ferien

Wir konnten den Aufenthalt sehr geniessen. Samira ist eine hervorragende Vermieterin, die sehr auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste achtet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Umgebung wird sehr gut gepflegt. Alles, was für einen angenehmen Urlaub nötig ist, ist vorhanden. Wer gerne auf harten Matratzen schläft, ist gut bedient. Wir bedanken uns bei Samira sehr für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Das Haus sowie wie die ganze Anlage sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.

Wenn man bereit ist viel mit dem Auto zu fahren, ist es ein wunderbarer Ort für den Urlaub.

Ein schönes Haus, welches mit viel Liebe gehegt und gepflegt wird. Für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Der Pool ist nicht riesig aber völlig ausreichend! Abends kann man auf der Terasse die Aussicht genießen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Siamo stati benissimo. la casa è esattamente come viene descritta e come appare nelle foto. Per i bambini è un mondo di divertimenti e di libertà e per gli adulti un assoluto relax. Panorami mozzafiato, ristoranti e take away di pesce già cotto a portata di mano. Proprietari di casa sempre disponibili a fornire suggerimenti per ogni necessità. Certi di ritornare non appena sarà pronta la casa sull’albero 😊

Piccolina ,ma molto carina.

La piscina è piccola ma ben strutturata ,in foto sembra molto più grande.Il resto tutto perfetto :grande cura dei particolari, gestito da persone attente alle esigenze del cliente e molto gentili.Sono rimasta favorevolmente colpita dal fatto che venisse messo a nostra disposizione ,gia all arrivo, una dispensa fornita di olio ,sale ,caffè ,spezie ,piatti e bicchieri in plastica ,salviette, acqua fresca,oltre a biancheria e stoviglie di ogni genere.E ancora :libri ,giochi in scatola,cannocchiale,mele biologiche (colte direttamente dall'albero)...non si può chiedere di più.

Avevo scelto il posto isolato proprio per riposare, ma non è stato così!! Tra i vicini che hanno la casa a ridosso con tanti bambini sembrava di essere all'asilo e poi tantissimi cani che abbaiavano tutta la notte, in più un B&B nelle vicinanze che facevano musica fino a notte inoltrata un disastro, la casa purché piccola meritava ma il posto no'.

Great summer house in a beautiful environment!

Full fruit basket and a warm welcome with an Italian bottle of wine. Very good hospitality, a helpful owner, a clean house (also during our stay), perfect organized. Location on a hill, between mountains (monte sibilini and grand sasso) and the beautiful Adriatic coast. The view from the terras is the best you can get. The additional large terras on the roof and the swimming pool (both with audio) are fantastic to enjoy the summer!
