Wunderschöne Woche zwischen OlivenbÀumen - NÀhe Meer

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Landhaus. Die Bilder entsprechen genau dem Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden! Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und dem Verwalter vor Ort war perfekt und herzlich. Ideales Haus mit kurzer Fahrt zum Meer und netten StĂ€dten und abwechslungsreichen Ausflugszielen. Das Hinterland ist auch eine Fahrt wert, toll zum Wandern und Flussbaden. Civezza ist ein schönes Bergdorf um die Ecke mit zwei tollen Restaurants. Der nĂ€chste Supermarkt ist sehr gut sortiert mit einer sehr persönlichen Beratung zu lokalen Produkten. Ein Tipp: Mittel gegen MĂŒcken ist zu empfehlen, wenn man MĂŒcken anzieht . Rund um ein toller gelungener Urlaub fĂŒr unsere Familie!

We had a wonderful time at Waltrauds place and really loved the house. It's a perfect place to spend the afternoons and evenings preparing dinner and just hang out in the beautiful surroundings. Although one obviously needs a car, it is not far to the nearest grocery store or down to the beach. Also a visit up to the village Civezza is recommended. We appreciated the layout of the house with bedrooms upstairs and kitchen/living room downstairs. We had two cars and no problem to park.At arrival we were welcomed by excellent Kristian who gave us the information we needed.I strongly recommend this house!

Wunderbare Ferien an einem wunderbaren Ort - wir sind sehr dankbar

Insgesamt super und dringend zu empfehlen. Sehr gut war:- die Unterkunft mitsamt dem Komfort- die Lage zum Meer und zum hiesigen OK- Supermercato direkt wenige Minuten auf dem Weg ans Meer an der Strasse- der Hochstuhl fĂŒr unseren JĂŒngsten- das Kinderbett (es war glaube ich sogar neu)- die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer (3 an der Zahl alle im EG)- die KĂŒche - es war tatsĂ€chlich alles vorhanden inkl. MilchschĂ€umer, Bialetti, Kindergeschirr und Besteck- der WLAN Empfang und die Geschwindigkeit- die Kommunikation mit dem Wirtschafter vor Ort und mit der EigentĂŒmerin- die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen dem, was wir vor Ort vorgefunden habenNicht so gut war:- Nichts

In den HĂŒgeln von Civezza

Wir - Familie mit zwei schon etwas Ă€lteren Kindern (15, 19) - hatten zwei tolle Wochen in dem schönen Haus in den HĂŒgeln von Civezza. Abstimmung zum Check in mit Kristian war easy. Die Abfahrt zum Haus ist einfach, man muss nur "die Kurve kriegen". Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, es ist wirklich alles da, genĂŒgend Platz und hat mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, wo es sich auch bei hohen Temperaturen mit Sonnenschirm super aushalten lĂ€sst. Die Lage des Hauses - 5-10 Min. zum Meer - ist top und der Supermarkt auf dem Weg nach unten 1A. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe.

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu sechst in dem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist gut. Man sieht und hört – was in dieser Gegend selten ist – die ĂŒber ein Viadukt in der NĂ€he fĂŒhrende Autobahn nicht. Vielmehr geht der Blick von ĂŒberall her zu schönen OlivenbĂ€umen, und es ist sehr ruhig, einmal abgesehen vom (fĂŒr die Gegend typischen) nĂ€chtlichen Bellen der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Wir haben die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht, wobei der MĂŒckenspray nie fehlen durfte. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Bei der Sorgfalt, mit der EigentĂŒmer und Hausverwalter zum Haus schauen, wird auch der Defekt an dem einen Bett sicher bald behoben sein. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass das Kochen Freude macht. Nur eine zweite Bratpfanne hĂ€tten wir uns gewĂŒnscht. Der Kontakt mit den Hausverwaltern war sehr zuverlĂ€ssig und freundlich. Kurz: Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten zu sechst eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem wunderschönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten (Ferien-) Haus, ja in ( ), denn es war fĂŒr uns mehr als ein Feriendomizil, ein Ort, wo wir „zu Hause“ sein konnten, ein Ort, mal fĂŒr sich alleine zu sein, aber auch ein Ort fĂŒr Gemeinschaft, gemeinsames Kochen, GesprĂ€che, Spiel und unterschiedlichste Unternehmungen. Wir haben es alle sehr genossen und vielleicht war es ja nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Civezza

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, großartig eingerichtet in traumhafter Lage; inmitten eines Olivenhains! Es ist an alles gedacht - alles vorhanden, sehr liebevoll und stimmig, geschmackvoll; dazu sehr gerĂ€umig! Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefĂŒhlt! Eine kleine Herausforderung gab es: der Weg zum Anwesen ist kurz aber sehr steil und man braucht schon ein wenig Übung (wenn man ein großes Auto fĂ€hrt) - dann ist es jedoch kein Problem mehr!

Eines der schönsten FerienhÀuser welches wir jemals gemietet haben

Die Anfahrt erfolgt ĂŒber eine ca. 2 km lange relativ schmale, kurvige Straße und die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ziemlich eng und steil was fĂŒr FahranfĂ€nger oder fĂŒr Menschen die Probleme mit engen Straßen haben eine Herausforderung sein könnte. DafĂŒr wird man mit einer traumhaften, ruhigen Lage belohnt. Trotzdem ist man schnell im nĂ€chsten Supermarkt oder am Strand und das quirlige Imperia ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Das gerĂ€umige Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Ausstattung in der KĂŒche. Endlich ein Vermieter der seinen GĂ€sten keinen ZusammengewĂŒrfelten Ramsch zumutet. Besteck, Geschirr und Kochgeschirr - alles ist stimmig, in großer Anzahl vorhanden und in absoluter TopqualitĂ€t. Einen Tipp: Die einheimischen MĂŒcken haben uns auf der Terrasse schon am frĂŒhen Nachmittag sehr lieb gehabt. Deshalb empfehlen wir schon am ersten Nachmittag ein Spray gegen Insektenstiche zur Hand zu haben und dieses auch rechtzeitig anzuwenden. Im Haus gibt es keine Probleme da alle Fenster und TĂŒren dezent mit Insektenrollos ausgestattet sind. Mit den ausstellbaren FensterlĂ€den kann man auch TagsĂŒber fĂŒr ein angenehmes Raumklima sorgen und in den Schlafzimmern hat man dank der leisen Klimaanlagen sowieso perfekte Voraussetzungen fĂŒr einen angenehmen Schlaf ohne lĂ€stige QuĂ€lgeister. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt, die nette Kommunikation und den reibungslosen Checkin und Checkout (hat bei uns perfekt geklappt).
