Villa Xabec has a number of excellent features, including its excellent position and spacious, airy interiors, and perhaps the the most impressive aspect, the sizeable lawned garden and pool terrace… This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has a large private swimming pool surrounded by a huge lawn and terrace, ideal for larger groups. The beaches of Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes, as well as the facilities of the resort, are all within easy reach on foot. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge is included.
Villa Xabec is a great choice for larger parties who want to leave the car at home! Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes have merged over recent years to create one of the largest resorts on the island and has a great choice of shops and eateries along the main street, only 5 minutes walk from the villa. Also along the main street is one of the islands 3 waterparks and the nearest beach is Calan Blanes but the smaller coves of Calan Forcat and Cala Picas are also within a few minutes drive.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

The villa was very good and we enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and restaurants/bars were within easy walking distance. It would have been nice to have a welcome package of basic commodities on arrival such as water and a bottle of wine. There was no soap,washing up liquid or cleaning materials, which would have been helpful. The guests following us will have a much easier welcome as we bought it all and left it. Other than that, a great villa.
