The room needed attention. We were in 308. We booked this stay because we needed a warm, comfortable , night away from home. Our pipes are frozen. NO water at home. All we desired was a safe place and a hot shower. First impression was ok. I walked over to the window to see if there was a view of any sort. The sheer curtains were in threads. It looked like someone's cats had destroyed them. Turned on the lamps by the bed. They worked fine. Walked over to the couch, after grabbing my book, and the lamp nearest the door didn't turn on. Neither did the lamp on the far side of the couch. The lamp nearest the door didn't even have a bulb. We gave up on reading. After going out to dinner, we decided to take our hot showers before going to bed. It was barely warm. It was cold this morning. I should have just stayed home instead of spending $95.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. They did not swrvice our room and the breakfast was a bit lacking, especially on Monday. The hotel is a bit dated and the fitness room equipment is low quality. For the peice, though, it was not a bad place.

The manager on duty for my stay was very accommodating. They made the stay stress free and easy at check-in. I didn't actually have the chance to enjoy the breakfast myself. Mold in every room especially above the shower. Old, dated and not clean at all. Would NEVER stay here. And they refuse to give us our money for 4 day stay when we didn't even stay 10 minutes because my husbands immediately started having breathing issues. He has a compromised immune system. Note the low lighting in the hotel so you can't see the filth and the elevator stopped working so we had to walk back down the stairs with all our stuff. Did not even have the correct room available upon arrival but we were fine with that. Just can't sleep for 4 days in disgusting conditions.Thanks but no thanks.
