The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located off the highway. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable although, I didn't like the metal frame the mattress was on. It made noise when getting on/off the bed.

That was very nice clean facility, light in the bathroom kept going on and off like it was controlled by movement. Very comfortable bed said it was a Serta King size. Breakfast was good waffle maker, sausage, cold cereal, eggs, juice coffee milk, didn't have oatmeal. Convenient parking, other hotels in the area. Sharonville, Springdale area has went down from past years only stayed one night. All in all very nice stay for the money.

Room was clean, linens fresh. The downside was I could hear people upstairs being very loud - sounded like jumping or running - perhaps kids, until about 11:15 pm. The outside smoking area was at the end of the hallway and people coming in and out brought smoke inside and it could be smelled inside my room off and on every time they’d pass by. Another guest mistakingly pounded on my door in the middle of the night twice, covering the peephole from the outside the second time, which was very startling and unsettling. Overall, it’s clean and good for the price, but it was too loud for my stay.

Pretty good, but a few issues

The pros: soft bed and pillows. Breakfast included eggs and sausage. Hot shower with good shower pressure. staff was friendly. The cons: Out room was very noisy. Room 220. It was across from the elevator. There is a nearby train track and the train went by a few times during the night, waking us up. The person above us arrived at 12:30 am and when they took a shower, the pipes made a continuous loud knocking sound up until about 10 minutes after the water turned off. The pillow case on one of our pillows was too small and the pillow was exposed and had black makeup on it. breakfast items went empty fast and we had to ask for things to be refilled.
