No smoking large 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor with 3 beds, 2 couch beds, and 3 flat screen smart TVs. This apartment is in a quiet low key historic neighborhood walking distance from Findlay Market, OTR bar/restaurant district, University district, downtown, and the streetcar! Apartment has been partially renovated, but still has older bedroom carpet and some cracked tile. For groups larger than 4 people, please allow for extra time to set up extra beds.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
