The hotel is beautiful and our room was really nice. The front desk was quick to address an issue with our safe and refill the hair conditioner. Our only complaint would be with the service in the dining room. We came down to have breakfast on our second morning and we were told we had to wait to be seated. (Many tables were empty) The hostess took our number and said it would be about 15mins, but she never messaged us so we walked to a local coffee shop. When we returned we stepped in the dining room to say hello to family and a different waitress rudely told us we needed to go to the front desk. The food we had for breakfast the day before was very good and we had looked forward to having it again.

Love the outdoor courtyard and glass dining area. Slippers and robes are always a nice touch. Never been to a hotel that doesn’t have coffee in the room. Only visited the bar for a drink and snack. Drinks good, tots good. Overall nice. Love the location. Walking distance to many great restaurants and the theater. The only real complaint was church out is at noon and we had our not now sign out, but housekeeping came at 9:45 and 11:00 and knocked on our door. At 9:45 they tried to come in. Not sure what the mix up was, but that was frustrating and especially when we have our sign hanging.

The staff was pleasantly useless. They were very nice, but unhelpful. Everything was very clean and the room was nice. The staircase in the room was a little weird, and a potential hazard of bumping your head coming out of the bathroom. Perhaps some cushioning on the edges of the steps. We did not dine there, so I cannot comment on the food. The location was great for us. Close to all sorts of food and bars.
