The hotel is in a great area for accessibility to baseball and football games, plus walking distance from public transportation. Big, comfy room, but slightly dated. Needs some upgrades. Overall, very nice.

Staff was excellent. Hotel is definitely not new, but it was not run down. It was a short walk to the baseball park and to the football stadium. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed the entire hotel, the atmosphere was wonderful! Our room was perfect! We stayed in a king suite and it was beyond our expectations from when we booked. The staff and everyone was beyond friendly, accommodating and met our needs! The restaurants and bar were fabulous too! It was a bonus that we stayed there during the Reds and Yankees game, so the hotel was filled with fans from both sides, which made it even better! Hilton is always a go to hotel for me no matter where I travel, but I can promise that every stay in Cincinnati from here on out will be at Hilton Netherlands!

The building is 1931 art deco which was neat. The lobby and restaurant and ball rooms are beautiful. I would say that internally the upkeep may be difficult for a building built in 1931. Upon arrival we were told the boiler for the ihot water was going to be down overnight which was not a problem but the next night there was air in the system and it sounded like a jackhammer all night.

It’s a cool place was probably amazing 60 years ago but by today’s standards it needs some freshening up. The art deco is so cool. Maintaining this 30 story behemoth must cost a fortune The staff - 10 stars. Helpful, polite and welcoming.

The hotel is in a great location and the art deco style of the bar and lobby are very cool, the rooms look their age but the beds are very comfortable and the linens are nice.

The stay was nice and the hotel was very classy. Service was wonderful! People were very friendly. The only thing is that the AC in the room was not working so it made the room very warm.
