The water situation was lacking to say the least. From one day to the next, you never knew if the water coming out of the cold faucet was going to be cold or hot. It would change daily. We would be brushing our teeth with hot water one day and the next, freezing cold water. The bed felt like it was a back board. Not comfortable at all. The sheets were hard, not soft. I think we will just go back to Hannaford Inn. Not worth the extra cost for a Hilton.

The staff was so nice and breakfast was great! Room was kind of worn and hair on carpet (not mine) and gross smear of something unidentifiable on inside of bathroom door. Also, weirdly no cold water in sink or shower. The water from sink in evenings wasn’t clear but cloudy. Shower was almost unbearably hot. Toilet had slow leak also. But the staff was so nice and breakfast was great!

Perfect location!!! Drove over 5 hours to viait the Pop Mart and you're basically across the street from it (the mall). The staff were incredible. The room was clean and had everything you could need....

This is a great hotel. We got stuck in Cincinnati die to a winter storm. Deandre at the front desk was so accommodating and provided our group of six all of the necessities we did not have i.e. toothbrush toothpaste. The room is very clean and the bed was so comfortable after rough day on the road. We would definitely stay here again even without being snowed in.
