Located next to the tennis courts and close to the Palms Mall and city to sea bike track. The proximity to the Avon City Trail provides a picturesque pathway connecting the beach to the vibrant city center, making it an ideal spot to go for a scenic stroll or enjoy time in nature.



This is a 2-bedroom, 1 bed and 2 carpark home nestled along the serene banks of the Avon River, a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, while remaining a stone`s throw away from the heart of the city.



Ground floor has the open plan kitchen, living, entertaining area and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Large sofa to enjoy the 50 inch smart TV. Upstairs (1st floor) has the bedroom with Queen Bed and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet toilet with heated seat, heated towel rail and vanity.

On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining and living areas.
