Beautiful vill

The villa is clean, well-equipped, perfect for friends or a family. The communal pool is also great, it was not busy at all during our stay. Taxis are easily accessible, and a must if you are in Paphos or nearby. We really enjoyed our stay, and definitely visit again if we can. Communication with Jonathan was easy and he always responds in time.

All you could ask for in a Villa.

The villa was amazing!! There was 7 of us staying there and it was still so spacious. The patio was great - we ate there every breakfast and lunch time. The pool was just at the bottom of the path from the back door so ideal for popping back and forth. Jonathan was so accommodating and a great communicator. Would definitely come back! Thanks again!!

Beautiful Villa and area

We have just returned (26/4/23) from this beautiful villa which has recently been renovated. Fabulous views from the top floor bedrooms and balcony. Well equipped. Short 2 minute walk to the shore with a beautiful sunset. No beach, but a lovely paved coastal path in both directions. The host was very responsive to messages. We had a lady within the area we could call upon for any questions, concerns or info. She was fab! We used the taxi service that the host recommended who turned out to be brilliant. On call with reasonable prices. We had a few teething problems with the water but this was sorted very quickly when reported. Main issue we had was the EU law changed before we arrived where communal pools have to have a life guard, so we were really unable to use it, we believe Cyprus has taken it as law not guidance. So I would check on this as rules may change for the better? We arrived with literal red tape around the pool. Very friendly bar (Dimma bar) a short walk around the block but that is all in the vicinity. We used the mini mart in the nearby hotel for milk and water (and wine) but other than that you will need to have a car or taxi to get anywhere for food. There is a regular bus route about a 10/15 min walk from villa. Lidl is 5/10 minute car journey but about a 30/40 minute walk (up hill on the way). If we returned we would hire a car for those journeys, however the taxi service was very efficient.

Perfect location and loads of space

We traveled as a group of 7 and were thoroughly happy with the villa. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own corner of the vill to themselves, and the views from the balconies were stunning! Jonathan the owner was very helpful when booking the accommodation and even sent an electronic welcome pack with everything we needed. There were a few things that didn’t work upon arrival but management sorted it out very quickly. We hopped on busses or walked instead of renting a car and found it to be ok. As Londoners, we are used to taking public transportation, so this didn’t faze us. There is a safari tour shop about 10 min walking distance from the villa and a corner shop opposite the bus stop where you can get quick snacks if you don’t feel like going to Lidl. We would definitely return again Thanks Jonathan!

We loved it!

The villa is big, nicely decorated, fully equipped and has great views of the sea and sunset. The pool is amazing, quiet and clean. There were some small malfunctions but the owner and the local team are prompt to help very quickly and they are very kind. We hope we will be able to come back soon.

The location was quiet and peaceful, within easy driving distance to the more vibrant area of Paphos

The villa was located on a mall complex near to the sea. Some villas had their own pools. There was a central shared pool which was clean and relatively quiet whilst we were there. On many occasions, we had the pool area to ourselves. Not a sandy beach so unable to access the sea generally. Only a few tiny access points to allow for a swim in the sea. The villa was large and spacious busts it is built over 3 levels, the spiral stairs could be potentially troublesome for very young children or elderly adults. However, an amazing holiday had by all

Helpful pre holiday information. Very nice villa. Good location within easy reach of Pathos harbour, town and Coral Bay Area. Easily accommodated 7 adults. Quiet communal pool. Great BBQ. Close to supermarket. Car needed to access amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great villa and area

Beautiful spacious villa set within a complex of Villa's just a short drive from Pafos. Great communication with the owner prior to arrival and sent loads of great information to ensure our stay at the villa was comfortable and stress-free! The villa was very clean and well equipped, with the communal pool just out the front of the villa. The sea was just a 2-minute walk and visible from the pool and balcony. Would certainly return.

Great sized property in a good location

I have just completed an 8 night stay at the property as a party of 8 people and on entering the property we were pleased with how clean it was left for us. In the lead up to the holiday Jonathan was very helpful and responsive to my many questions! The villa is situated in a nice area and everything is within easy reach. If you have children I would recommend hiring a car as although the bus stop is less than 1 mile away, the heat and the fact that it is uphill make it seem further. There is a mini mart attached to the Akti hotel which is a lot closer than the shop we were directed to and within easy reach if you just need a couple of bits. One of the things we loved about the villa is that all plug sockets are English so it stopped all the nonsense with adaptors for the many electrical appliances that children carry around these days. I don't think it was mentioned in the advert for the property but we found it very helpful. The swimming pool is a good size and very clean, there were always sun beds available and the grounds are well kept by gardeners. Although the kitchen is quite small it is very well equipped and we did a lot of cooking in it! There is an Aldi a little way down the road and another supermarket equal distance in the other direction of you are doing a bigger shop. I would recommend paying a visit to the Dimma Bar which is a 5 minute walk away. It is child friendly and every welcoming. Micheal the Landlord is lovely! Also the new water park at the King Evelthon Hotel is brilliant and very affordable. It is newly opened and very clean and safe. It also caters well for the younger children who are often left out. The sunsets here are amazing, some of the best I've seen and the 2 minute walk to the sea front is a great place for a completely uninterrupted view. We would definitely stay here again

The three tiered property is certainly spacious and airy with a balcony to view the sunsets. Unfortunately there are some minor setbacks with limited cooking utensils considering the property could accommodate up to 8 adults. Its location sits near to the rocky beach with stepped access to the sea for those confident enough to enter. The bus route passes the end of the road 800 metres away and would recommend car hire. The air conditioning worked well but was let down in the main bedroom with a leak that had marked the wall with fungus growing. Another simple check would have also revealed the corroded plug plunger control in the bathroom. Little things like that dont ruin a holiday but would improve it if a quality control was implemented before each occupancy. The shared pool is adequate and clean. With only two or three small families sharing this facility my four grand-children enjoyed this all day. Overall a very enjoyable holiday in well kept gradens and accommodation.

Lovely villa with beautiful sea view.

The villa is lovely & had pretty much everything we needed. It's very spacious & the view from the main balcony is perfect. The pool is a good size & very clean. We had a few little problems but these were very quickly sorted by the local contact. The only thing I would say is that one of the bedrooms downstairs is not very private as its not a actually a separate room but if you're a family then it's no big deal. Would definitely recommend & stay again. I would advise hiring a car, SAMs taxis are great & only about €12 to the harbour but there isn't very much within waking distance to the villa & before you get anywhere you have to tackle quite a hill to the main road.
