Comfortable though it could be better. A fairly new place and there are still some unfinished elements in the hallway and some points in the apartment. Some design flaws and interior design blocks. eg. One closet door blocked by the night table by the bed in the bedroom, causing difficulty to use one big area of the closet. Only one Air-conditioning unit in the bedroom. Also some elements showing usage already. There is only one key available and no main door intercom panel in the apartment. Therefore a hassle when 2 or more people staying. In general good, comfortable and useable.
