Cute house but poorly managed
The house was cute and in a great location. However, it was dirty and the communication with the company that manages it was lacking. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean but there were ants upon arrival. The floors were extremely dirty. As you walk up the stairs, you can see other people's hair all over, cob webs and the floors in the bedrooms were dirty. You are given linens to make your own bed however, the quilts on the beds had hair on them. Upon arrival, it was realized that there were no bath towels provided. When the reservation was initially made, that was never mentioned that towels were not provided. When I inquired about towels to management, they responded two days later saying they do not provide towels and it was stated in the reservation. Which is not true, they specifically state that "sheets and towels are washed at 60C/140F or hotter". The dock code given was incorrect. And when you check out, you have to bag your linens and return them to the management officer yourself. This was a two week work trip and it was disappointing the accommodations were not better.
