Nice house on quiet street

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our party was 4 adults and dogs and we fit very comfortably in the house. The kitchen and living room are spacious with ample seating. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The house is clean, quiet and bright. We spent most of our time while at the house on the screened in porch. The fenced in yard was very convenient for the dogs. The location was ideal for our group, but not in walking distance to town. We road bikes to town and onto Assateague Island. I would recommend this stay to couples, friends, or families. We would stay again.

Perfect location - close to beach and town. Rode our bikes the entire week, didn’t need the car. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Fantastic water views from deck. Ate most of our meals on the screened porch. Carefree checkin. Great WiFi. Easy departure.

Chincoteague stay

It was amazing experience the house was beautiful and super clean. Everything we needed to cook with. The only issue was the rug in the dining room there was a hump in it and we kept tripping over it. So we turned it around as to not trip over it. Everything else was amazing

An Island Gem!

Beautiful, clean house in a great, convenient neighborhood with some of the most amazing views on the island! Very quiet, yet close to everything. Did we mention the views of the park and the lighthouse? Amazing. The beds are super comfortable, blankets are the best we've had in a while. Huge, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone. Thank you to everyone who made our stay great!

Stay with dog

We stayed for 3 nights. It was a pretty good location, about 15 minutes from the beach and 5-10 minutes from restaurants on the island. As they advertise a fenced in yard, I do want to note that the yard had 2 gates, neither of which latch, and a pallet covering one spot in the back. I feel that a smaller or more reactive dog could get out pretty easily. Otherwise the home was clean and comfortable.

Great Property for Family Gatherings Who Have Pets and Like a Water View

Great home for those seeking a dog friendly family hang out with a view! Very clean on arrival, and well appointed. Little extras like hooks in the bedrooms and a variety of appliances and utensils in the kitchen were appreciated. The furniture is robust and comfortable, not too precious. Very spacious kitchen and large dining room table all accommodated our family with ease and comfort. The highlight was the spectacular view from the upstairs deck. The screened in porch with large table was also great. We definitely plan to come back.
