Room 210 cost more because billed as lake side. Lake not visible. All electrics unplugged. No shampoo, police visited a nearby room at 3am due to an assault and woke everyone up, couch dirty, foot stool fabric torn. day 2 moved to 408, had view of lake but carpet heavily stained, coffee machine leaked, toilet broken and water ran all night, no bedside lamps, bugs in sink, no body soap in shower. no towel racks or hook on back of door, hodge podge of mismatched and scratched furniture throughout,

Booked 6 rooms with Kitchenette and paid for them on check-in. My crew arrived to their rooms and found them to be standard double rooms, and that the hotel didn't have 6 rooms available with kitchenettes. My crew was not happy

It was scary the moment you walk in. Wore flip flops in the room and bathroom. Hotel is extremely run down and it shows. It's cheap but leaves you feeling uneasy.

Employees encouraged patrons to book rooms when they knew that A/C in most of rooms were not working at all, wasps were present in our room and windows could not be closed.

If you're looking for a a good deal than this is the spot for you. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Ceiling tiles are stained and falling off, holes in the wall, paint chipping everywhere, and worst of all no ac whatsoever. Stayed for 2 nights and the first night was insanely hot that we barely slept. Room came with a fan and a portable ac but it barely worked and was connected to the hose with packing tape which obviously is a dumb fix that doesn't work. Staff was super accommodating and had no issue with moving us to another room the next morning which was great and it was much cooler but the condition of the room was still the same which is sad. It's a great location and the outside looks presentable and we paid a really good price for it but now we know why.

Air conditioning and television not working. Only a few of the electrical outlets working. Windows open minimally. Spider webs on the light fixtures and the wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom. Very disappointing nothing like the website photos. The staff was able to locate a personal item that had been left behind however I will be not returning.

Upon arrival, we were advised that the room we reserved was not available, they claimed to give us an upgrade to a better room, upon investigation we determined that this was not an upgrade, but just a similar room at the same pay grade. The room that was reserved with the kitchen was not available, and under the circumstances, I would have preferred to have taken a room that we regularly booked at this hotel, with an approximate $50 savings over the period of time that we booked, rather than a room that was not what we needed at this time. The room that we were given, was not an upgrade for the circumstances of this visit. This also caused us to have to put out more money for food due to not being able to use the kitchenette in the room we booked. I would appreciate receiving some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and excess money having to be spent during this visit for not having the room that we booked.
