The staff were great, friendly , quick, and efficient. We forgot some toiletries and they were wonderful in providing them for us. The rooms were a bit dated and mostly clean but the pillows on the bed were not great. They were shaped like small square couch cushions rather than your “normal” pillow. Overall great hotel near many stores and central location.

Iffy stay

When I made the booking I tried to get 2 Queen beds. They were not available but I booked a room with a Queen and a hideabed. Two weeks before my trip I called the hotel to see if 2 Queens were available, they said no but the room has a Queen and a hideabed. When we arrived they said this was the only room that did not have a hideabed. After asking to speak with a manager they did switch my room to one with a hideabed. I don’t think you could class it as a bed. The mattress was so thin and the springs poked me all night. Very very uncomfortable. The pillows sucked as well.At 2:00 in the am the CO2 detector went off. It took maintenance quite a while to come and take it down. It was also on a very busy, noisy road. The only good thing about the stay was the breakfast in the morning. A large variety to choose from and the staff in this area were super helpful and nice. They hustled cleaning and refilling.
