Everything was clean, the host was friendly. We appreciated the welcoming attitude towards dogs - that's a big factor when we choose a vacation rental. The property is not as secluded as one expects from the photos, but the fire pit and walk to the creek are further away from the road.

The property was just as presented. The area was lovely, quiet and beautiful. 3 bedrooms gave each of us our own little space. Very comfy ...a nice eating area and kitchen and great little patio to listen to a great variety of birds, the quiet and relax with a coffee. The house was in a quiet location at the foothills of a mountain. (Stand on the deck and listen to the wake-up call of a nearby creek. Not to mention, the brilliant stars at night!!) It had everything you needed for a relaxing getaway. Only 3 miles from a quaint, little town where you can be more social, if you want; restaurants, grocery stores, shops and a big park. The host was kind and respectful of those seeking solitude.

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend snowboarding trip to Hunter. The host was great, very friendly and easy to work with. Strong WiFi/internet cable which was great for news and weather updates about the huge winter storm. Good privacy and a nice back porch. Will book this place again for any future trips to the area! Highly recommended!

Excellent stay in the cottage. Despite it being some of the coldest weather in a decade the place stayed nice and warm. Set in a beautiful location by the creek it made for a nice retreat from the extra cold mountain at Bellayre. 10/10 would come back for another visit. Thanks for everything Paul!!
