Very comfortable and fun place to stay. Great location in a nice safe neighborhood. Near good restaurants and just about 7 or 8 minutes to Lake Michigan. Showers are fantastic! Cutely furnished and kitchen is well equipped.

Fantastic location and amenities. The condo had everything we needed for our stay in Evanston. The unit was immaculately clean and all the appliances (especially the ac units) were in excellent condition, There was a massive storm during our stay, with downed trees and power lines all over the area. We lost internet connectivity for about a day and a half, but that is when our host Imani really shined. They kept us informed and up to date with the outage and had numerous suggestions for places we could go if we needed connectivity. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with our stay and going forward, we will skip hotels and just go this route. The place was very close to the Northwestern campus and was a perfect spot to be near our daughter who attends there.
